Born in San Salvador, El Salvador. Moved to Canada when I was 13 years old, fluent in Spanish and English. I learn to love and appreciate art at an early age, thanks to my Dad. In college I found my self loving photography as a way to capture special moments. After working for 10 year as a corporate account manager, decided to leave it all behind and open my own photography business, and it had been running successfully for over 10 years.

The 17th of November, 2019 marked a pivotal point in my life. I held my first solo exhibition, baring my soul through my most intimate works. It was a fusion of two powerful art forms, photography and painting, which I christened "Sonanti" - echoing my heart's deepest emotions. This was the day I uncovered the direction my career was destined to take.

In the whirlwind year of 2020, I made a decision that forever changed the trajectory of my artistic journey. I honed my skills at the distinguished Emily Carr University of Art and Design in Vancouver, a decision that remains one of my proudest to date. I get to paint and create everyday, I get lost in time when I'm painting, creating a world that is only mine, but now, I get to share it with everyone who wants to see it. This is what I was meant to do with my life, the experience and what I learn as a professional photographer has made me the artist I am today.

My life has become a canvas, enriched by the experiences and skills I have amassed as a professional photographer. This journey has sculpted me into the artist I am today - a creator who paints not just with colors, but with the essence of life itself.
